* IMPACTS...Plan on extremely difficult travel conditions during
the morning commute in Oswego County and on the Tug Hill
Plateau. The combination of heavy snow and blowing snow will
result in near whiteout conditions at times. Travel on
Interstate 81 between Adams and Central Square will be very
difficult.
