Canastota Man Faces Aggravated DWI Charges After ATV Incident in Turin
Charles E. Dorgan, 53, from Canastota, was charged by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office for operating an ATV while intoxicated in Turin. Dorgan was caught on a closed road, failed sobriety tests, and was found with a blood alcohol level of 0.18%. He was charged with aggravated DWI and released with a future court date in Turin.
